依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗老年脑梗死患者疗效研究

Clinical effect investigation of edaravone plus Shuxuetong for elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的研究依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗老年脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选择2011年6月～2012年6月住院老年脑梗死患者112例,分为两组,并观察患者治疗效果。结果治疗组基本痊愈16例,显著进步29例,进步7例,总有效率为92.86%;对照组基本痊愈11例,显著进步23例,进步11例,总有效率为80.36%;治疗组治疗效果明显好于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合疏血通在提高治疗效果的基础上,可多渠道改善脑部供血,对治疗效果的提高具有促进作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone plus Shuxuetong for elderly patients ：with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twelve elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were assigned into two groups. The clinical effect of patients was observed. Results In treat- ment group, there were 16 cases of recovery, 29 cases significantly improved, 7 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 92.86%. While in control group, there were 11 cases of recovery, 23 cases significantly improved, 11 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 80.36%. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was markedly better than that of control group with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone plus Shuxuetong can improve the blood supply to the brain through multiple channels on the base of improving therapeutic effect.
