血栓性血小板减少性紫癜2例临床报道
摘要
血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（thromboticthrombocytopenicpurpura，1耶）是一种较少见的弥散性微血管血栓一出血综合征。属于血栓性血管病（TMA）的范畴。近年来，对TYP的病因、发病机制和治疗研究方面均取得较大进展，但由于该病起病急骤，进展迅速，病死率高，仍是一种临床急重症。需快速的诊断和治疗翻。本研究通过对2例TTP患者的临床特点的报道，更深入地了解该病。
