摘要
目的优选秦皮接骨胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以秦皮甲素与秦皮乙素总量和西贝母碱总量为指标,结合直观分析和方差分析综合优选秦皮接骨胶囊的提取工艺。结果选定的最佳工艺为加70%乙醇提取2次,每次加8倍量乙醇,提取3h。结论优选的工艺合理、稳定,适合工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qinpijiegu capsule. Methods By method of orthogonal tests, the total of aesculin and aesculetin, and the total of sipeimine determined by HPLC were taken as the evaluating markers, synthesize direct analysis and variance analysis to deduce the optimum extracting conditions of Qinpijiegu capsule. Results Orthogonal design method indicated that the most optimized technique:8 times of 70% alcohol as amount, 2 times to be extracted, 3 hours for each time. Conclusion The method is reasonable, stable, and suitable for industrialized production.
