专项整治干预对减少抗菌药物不良反应的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the special improvement program on reducing adverse reactions of antibacterial drugs

目的探讨降低抗菌药物不良反应(ADR)的方法,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法对本院开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治干预前、后上报的抗菌药物ADR报告,按ADR数量、类型、涉及的药物品种、给药途径等项目进行回顾性分析比较。结果抗菌药物使用干预后抗菌药物不良反应减少,尤其是严重不良反应明显减少。结论抗菌药物ADR的发生与药物的品种、给药途径、药物使用的频率、强度以及不合理使用密切相关,使用干预对降低抗菌药物不良反应发挥重要的作用。

Objective To provide the reference for clinical reasonable application through explore the method of re- ducing adverse reactions （ADR） of antibacterial drugs. Methods The ADR number, type, drug varieties, involving to the project route of administration etc before and after the special improvement program on antibacterial drugs for clin- ical reasonable application in our hospital were analyzed and compared retrospectively. Results Through the interven- tion activities, the ADR of antibacterial drugs were reduced, th~ serious ADR became less significantly, Conclusion The ADR of antibacterial drugs are closely associated with the variety of antibacterial drugs, the use way, the use fre- quency and use strength and irrational use. Using intervention play an important role in reducing adverse reactions of antibacterial drugs.
