摘要
文章采用高温固相法以新疆天然方钠石为基质,Cu为激活剂,制备出了Cu掺杂天然方钠石的光致发光材料。在室温下测量了光致发光谱,在280nm激发下的发射光谱是由峰值位于420nm处的宽带谱构成,此宽带发射谱归结于Cu+内3d94s→3d10的电子跃迁。为了提高发光材料的发光强度,通过在不同的温度下加热和改变保温时间,最终找出了研制Cu掺杂天然方钠石发光材料的最佳加热温度为1000℃,保温时间为1h。
Through solid state reaction , use the natural sodalite as host materials and Cu as activator , we were prepared Cu doped natural sodalite phosphors. We have investigated the emission spectra at room temperature. The emission spectrum was obtained under 280nm excitation consist of a broadband with a peak at 420nm ,which is assigned to electronic transition 3d^9 4s→3d^10in Cu+ ions. In order to increase photoluminescence phosphor emission intensity, through heating under the different temperature and change the holding time. Finally find out the best temperature is 1000℃ and holding time is 1 hour for pre- paring Cu doped natural sodalite phosphor.
