摘要
目的探讨Epstein-Barr(EB)病毒LMP1基因C端区缺失突变与肿瘤发生的关系。方法通过计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE、中文期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)等数据库中发表于1995年1月~2012年5月的与EB病毒LMP1 30 bp缺失相关的文献,根据文献纳入标准提取相关数据。采用Stata 11.0软件进行Meta分析,计数资料采用OR及95%CI表示,对病例组、对照组LMP1基因C端区30 bp缺失进行分析。各组中研究异质性无统计学意义(P≥0.1)时采用固定效应模式分析,否则采用随机模式分析。结果纳入针对EB病毒LMP1基因C端区缺失突变的文献共13篇。通过对纳入的文献进行Meta分析发现,LMP1 30 bp缺失与肿瘤发生相关,95%CI为2.88(1.29~6.41),合并统计值Z=2.59,P=0.01。结论 EB病毒LMP1基因C端区的缺失突变与肿瘤发生存在相关性。
Objective To investigate whether there is an association between 30-basepalr (bp) deletion in the Ep- stein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein l (LMP1) gene and EB virus-associated malignant tumors. Methods A computerized literature search from PubMed, CNKI and Wanfang database, etc. was conducted from January 1st 1995 to May 1 st 2012, and all the related articles were collected. All the data were analyzed by Stata 11.0. The pooled value of the odds ratios( OR)and 95% confidence interval(95% CI)for 30 bp deletion in the LMP1 gene of case groups and control groups was calculated. If P~〉0.1, the pooled statistics were calculated by using the fixed effect model. Otherwise, a ran- dom effect model was used. Results Thirteen articles were identified for the analysis of the relationship between 30-base- palr (bp) deletion in the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) and EB virus-associated malignant tumors risk. By conducting a meta-analysis, it was found that there was a positive correlation between 30-basepalr (bp) de- letion in the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) gene and EB vi,'us-associated tumors( OR = 2.88, 95% CI:1.29 -6.41, Z=2.59, P=0.01). Conclusion It is found that 30-basepalr (bp) deletion in the Ep- stein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 1 ( LMP1 ) gene polymorphism is associated with virus-associated malig- nant tumors.
