血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因型与变应性鼻支气管炎的相关性

摘要 目的探讨血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)基因型与变应性鼻支气管炎(ARB)的相关性。方法应用等位基因特异性PCR技术检测变应性鼻支气管炎患者(病例组)及健康对照者(对照组)血浆中PAF-AH基因第9外显子994位点基因型,并计算等位基因频率。结果病例组与对照组PAF-AH基因第9外显子994位点基因型和等位基因频率比较,P均>0.05。变应性鼻炎(AR)并支气管哮喘(BA)患者的PAF-AH基因型频率与对照组、单纯AR患者、AR并变应性鼻炎气道高反应性(AHR)患者相比,P均<0.05。AR并BA患者的PAF-AH等位基因频率与对照组、单纯AR患者、AR并AHR患者相比,P均<0.05。结论 PAF-AH基因的等位基因突变和ARB病情有关。 Objective To investigate the correlation of platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase (PAF-AH) and its genotype with allergic rhino-bronchitis (ARB). Methods The genotype of plasmatic PAF-AH at exon ninth 994 locus was examined by allele specific polymerase chainreaction (AS-PCR) and the allele frequency was calculated in patients with al- lergic rhino-bronchitis ( case group) and healthy controls ( control group). Results No differences were found on the gen- otype and allele frequencies between case and control groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). There were statistical differences related to the genotypes among allergic rhinitis( AR), AR with bronchial asthma( BA), AR with airway hyperresponsiveness(AHR) and control groups ( all P 〈 0.05 ). There were also significant differences associated with the allele frequencies among AR, AR with BA, AR with AHR and control groups ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There are some correlations between the allele gene mutation of plasmatic PAF-AH and ARB.
