摘要
为研究煤矸石中重金属Cu2+的释放机理及影响其释放的关键因素,以煤矸石和CuS晶体为研究对象,研究两者Cu2+在不同pH条件下的静态溶出趋势,分析其相似性。实验结果表明:不同pH条件下1~5 d时间内两者)的溶出具有显著影响,Cu2+溶出速率在低pH条件下较高;Fe3+促进Cu2+的溶出。Cu溶出浓度-时间的拟合直线表明,实验中各环境对CuS晶体溶出以及对煤矸石Cu2+溶出趋势具有相似的影响作用,煤矸石在Fe3+条件下遵循CuS溶出规律。说明酸性矿山废水的低pH和高Fe3+与煤矸石重金属的溶出相互促进,提高pH和降低Fe3+均有助于显著减少煤矸石中重金属硫化物的溶出释放。
In the paper we use coal gangue and CuS crystal as objects of the study to discuss the heavy metal Cu2+ release mechanism in coal gangue. We performed static leaching experiment of Cu at different conditions, by setting Fe3+ in different pH environments. And the experimental time was one to five days. The experimental results show that, in the condition of low pH Cu2+ dissolution rate increased obviously. Fe3+ also can promote Cu2+ dissolution yet Fea+ had no significant effect. The concentration of Fe3+ gradually decreased in the dissolution process of Cu2+, and this phenomenon is particularly evident in coal gangue samples. Thus the dissolution behavior of Cu2+ in coal gangue and CuS crystal are similar.
