水射流粉碎技术制备水煤浆原浆的应用研究

Research on the Technology of Water jet Comminution in the Production of Coal Water Mixture

介绍了高速水射流粉碎技术的研究概况,提出了利用该技术生产水煤浆原浆的工艺技术。利用自制的后混式高速水射流超细粉碎磨实现了水煤浆原浆的制备,单位时间生产原浆量达到了1.23 t/h,满足实际工业生产要求,具有一定的应用价值。

The paper introduced the research on the technology of high-speed water jet comminution and proposed the use of this technology in the production of coal water mixture. With the home-made super fine crushing technology concerning rear-mixed high-speed water jet flow, we realized the production of coal water mixture in the speed of 1.23 tons an hour. It was should that this production technology meet the requirements of industrial production and has certain application value.
