2,6-二氯-4-甲基烟腈合成的改进

摘要 介绍了标题化合物的合成路线的改进。以乙酰乙酸乙酯和氰乙酰胺为原料,经过环合、氯代两步反应得到目标产物,并经MS和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。本合成路线反应条件温和,操作方便,收率较高,适合工业化生产。反应总收率80.3%。 In the paper, we introduced a approach to synthetize the title compound, was realized and manufactured from ethyl acetoacetate and cyanoacetamide via two steps, including cyclization and chlorination. Its structure was verified by MS and 1H NMR. This synthetic route has the advantages of convenient operation and mild reaction conditions. The total product yield was 80.3 %. This program is suitable for industrial production.
