概述了催化裂化油浆的组成和综合利用途径,介绍了各分离工艺的主要特点,提出采用化学沉降法—过滤分离法的耦合工艺,除去油浆中的固体颗粒,使用一种溶剂使油浆中的胶质沥青质聚沉,然后在较高的温度下进行减压蒸馏的分离方案。
Composition and comprehensive utilization way of FCC Slurry are summarized. The paper introduces the main characteristics of the separation processes, and proposes the separation method which combines chemical subsidence with filtration technique removes solid particles of slurry, and makes the gum asphaltic of slurry coagulate by using a solvent, then carry out vacuum distillation under a higher temperature.
