根据自身工作经验,结合荃湾港区石油化工码头和储罐区生产作业的特点,针对其安全风险进行了分析,指出了生产中存在事故隐患的环节,并提出相应管理对策,对促进荃湾港区的安全生产工作具有指导意义。
