摘要
文章采用计量学的方法对1992-2012年我国紫苏发明专利进行统计，分析相关专利的数量、时间、内容及分布地，从而揭示我国对紫苏相关研究的分布情况、发展情况以及对发明专利的保护情况。
The Chinese patents on purple perilla from 1992 to 2012 were analyzed statistically by metrology. To revealing the development and patent protection on purple perilla, some factors were analyzed such as the quantity, time, content, research institutes, and so on.
