摘要
分析了目前白酒废水处理工艺,对运用"水解酸化+IC+CASS+BAF"工艺处理白酒废水实际工程效果进行了介绍和分析,运行结果表明,出水可达到《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 27631-2011)表2中新建企业水污染物排放限值,且IC工段是该工艺的关键。
Hydrolytic acidification （HAT）＋ internal circulation （IC）＋ biological aerated filter （BAF） was used to treat distilled spirits wastewater in a project. The actual treatment effect and the current treatment processes of the wastewater were introduced and analyzed in the paper. The results showed that the water quality of the effluent from the process achieve the table 2 new enterprises water pollutants discharge limits of National Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry （GB 27631-2011）, IC is the key section of the process.
