摘要
一种基于铜氨络离子催化氧化金纳米棒的传感器针剥Cu2+实现分析检测。对金纳米棒的刻蚀过程,导致在金纳米棒长径比的变化,引起纵向表面等离子体共振吸收峰的蓝移和溶液颜色的变化。文章报道的无标记Cu2+纳米比色传感器具有较商的灵敏度。此传感器具有较好的灵敏度,实现Cu2+在3×10-8-5×10-7M范围内的可视化检测。最低检出限为2.7nM。
A new method based on the fact that copper ( II ) tetra-ammine complex catalytic oxidizing gold nanorods (GNRs) in the S2O32--leaching system has been developed for the determination of Cu2+ in aqueous solution. The etching procedure would lead to a dramatic decrease of the GNRs in length but little in diameter, causing the longitudinal surface Plasmon resonance (LSPR) absorption blue shifts and solution color changed. The sensor possessed a surprising sensitivity which allowed the clear visual detection of Cu2+ ion ranging from 3×10-8 to 5×10-7 M, with a limit of detection 2.7 nM.
