摘要 采用顶空-气相色谱串联质谱法测定修正液中六种苯系物,选用硅油作为基质,通过实验确认顶空平衡温度和平衡时间为:90℃和10min,并进行了色谱条件的优化。该方法简单可靠,准确度高,线性范围为0.1-100mg/kg,最低检测浓度为0.1mg/kg,方法回收率为91.2%-96.4%,相对标准偏差为4-3%~7.9%。该方法可以准确定性、定量测定修正液中的6种苯系物。 Six benzoid compounds in correction fluids were analyzed by headspace gas chromatorgraphy-mass spectrometry. Silicone oil was chosen as the matrix. Equilibrium time and temperature were discussed and selected as 10 min and 90 ;C. Chromatographic conditions were optimized. The linear range, detection limit, recovery rate and relative standard deviation were 0.1-100 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg, 91.2 %-96.4 % and 4.3 %-7.9 %. The method was accurate and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of six benzoid compounds in correction fluid.
