摘要
食品营养与卫生是一门理论性和应用性非常强的学科,是食品科学与工程专业的一门基础课。为了达到培养"应用型"人才的目标,改革教学,提高学生学习的积极性和理论应用于实践的能力。
Food nutrition and Health is a very strong theoretical and applied science, and a basic course for students of food science and engineering college. In order to achieve the goal to Cultivate students' applied talents, we made teaching reform to enhance students' enthusiasm and the ability to apply theory to practice in the paper.
