针对海南炼化120×104t/a年连续重整装置运行中出现的重整进料板式换热器压降增大、增压机凝汽器真空度降低、四合一炉长明灯管线堵塞、抽提蒸馏塔频繁液泛等问题进行专题研究,分析原因,并制定相应的处理措施,均得到了有效处理,保证了装置的长周期运行。
