芝芪菌质对黄颡鱼生长及免疫的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以黄颡鱼为研究对象,研究芝芪菌质对黄颡鱼生长和非特异性免疫机能的影响。将黄颡鱼随机分成5组,分别向基础饲料中添加0(对照)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%的芝芪菌质,饲喂期为35 d,日投饵率为鱼体重的3.00%。在投喂芝芪菌质后7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、35 d测定黄颡鱼生长的变化;在水箱中饲喂35 d后,对黄颡鱼头肾和脾脏中的溶菌酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性进行测定。结果显示,添加0.50%、0.75%和1.00%芝芪菌质试验组黄颡鱼的特定生长率显著增加(P<0.05)。与对照相比,添加0.75%和1.00%试验组黄颡鱼头肾中的溶菌酶、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性明显提高(P<0.05);添加1.00%芝芪菌质试验组黄颡鱼脾中的溶菌酶、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);添加0.75%芝芪菌质试验组黄颡鱼脾中超氧化物歧化酶活力显著提高(P<0.05)。表明在基础饲料中添加0.75%和1.00%芝芪菌质对黄颡鱼的生长和非特异性免疫都具有促进作用。 Effect of Zhiqi fungal substance on the growth and non-specific immunity performance in Pelteobagrus vach- elli were studied. Yellow catfish were allotted into 5 groups randomly. The control group were fed with basal diet, and the other groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%, 1.00% Zhiqi fungal substance for 35 d, respectively. The weights of yellow catfish were determined at 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d and 35 d after feeding, and the activities of lysozyme ( LSZ ), acid phosphatase (A CP ), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured at 35 d after feeding. The specific growth rates in 0. 50%, 0. 75% and 1.00% Zhiqi fungal substance groups were significantly increased (P〈0. 05). Compared to the control, the activities of LSZ, ACP, AKP and SOD in head kidney of Pelteobagrus vachelli in groups with 0.75% and 1.00% Zhiqi fungal substance were increased (P〈0. 05), the activities of LSZ, ACP and AKP in spleen in 1.00% Zhiqi fungal substance group were improved (P〈0. 05), and the SOD activity in spleen in O. 75% Zhiqi fungal substance group were raised (P〈0. 05). These results indicated that the diet supplemented with O. 75% and 1.00% Zhiqi fungal substance significantly improved the non-specific immunity and growth of Pelteobagrus vachelli.
