摘要
本研究以高浓度硫化氢恶臭气体为处理对象,采用化学吸收工艺对其去除效果进行研究,优化化学吸收工艺运行过程中的工艺参数,如喷淋密度、喷淋液pH、填料高度以及压降等,为工艺应用提供中试依据。本实验研究应用于某矿场高浓度硫化氢废气处理,实际运行中硫化氢去除效率大于95%。
Aiming at the treatment of high concentration of H2S,research on the chemical absorption technology was carried out,and the operational parameters including sprinkling density,pH of sprinkling liquid,height of packing,the pressure drop and other fators were analyzed,which was optimized to provide the experimental basis for the engineering applications.During the application on the disposal of high concentration of H2S in some mine field,the actual removal efficiency of H2S could reach at least 95 %.
