原子吸收法测定水中铜的实验室内质量控制 被引量:2

Inter-laboratory Quality Control of Copper Measurement by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 通过绘制校准曲线、标准样品、平行样、加标回收率测定和质量控制图绘制等实验室内质控措施来分析评价试验数据的准确性和精密度。结果:校准曲线线性良好,相关系数达0.9999;标准样品测定在真值范围内,平行样精密度<6.1%;实际水样加标回收率在99.2%~101%间;质控点没有系统偏离,数据随机分布在均值两侧,质控图分布合理。 In the paper,the methods of inter-laboratory QC that Calibration curve,standard sample,parallel samples and recovery test were used to evaluate the accuracy and precision of the analytical data.Study results:The calibration curve showed good linearity,correlation coefficient was 0.9999;The value of standard sample was accordant with the true value;The relative standard deviations of the determination was less than 6.1 %;The recovery rates of actual samples was 99.2 %~101 %;From the QC chart,we can see that all data were randomly distributed in both sides of the mean,without system deviation.
