Study on the Role of Small-scale Experiments in Estimating The Pollutant Source of EIA——Taking the EIA of some Paper Mill for Example

在没有类比资料并且较难进行物料衡算的情况下,估算环境影响评价的污染源强难以得到准确的估算数据。文章提出了一套模拟生产方案做小试的方法,较为真实地反映出污染源强度,从而使得环境影响评价的基础数据更具可靠性和有效性。以某造纸厂的环境影响评价为例,具体说明小试对污染源强估算的作用。

It is hard to obtain the accurate data on estimating the seriousness of EIA＇s pollutant source,when analogous materials is unavailable and balancing the amount of the input and output substances is difficult.One scheme that simulates the actual production by small-scale experiments is proposed,which faithfully reflects the seriousness of the pollutant source and therefore making the basis data of EIA more reliable and efficient.A specific example related to the EIA of some Paper Mill is used to illustrate the influence of small-scale experiments on estimating the pollutant source.
