摘要
中国石化广州分公司6台USC-28U乙烯裂解炉原设计以石脑油和轻柴油为裂解原料,部分烧燃料油,故设计排烟温度高,存在裂解炉运行周期短、热效率偏低、能耗偏大等问题,通过新技术应用、改造及加强管理等措施,节能效果明显。
Usc-28u ethylene cracking furnace of Guangzhou branch, Sinopec, design with NAP and AGO oil as feedstock, part of burning fuel oil, so the design of exhaust temperature is high, the problems of cracking furnace operation cycle is short, low thermal efficiency, energy consumption is large, strengthen management and other measures through the application of new technology, modification and, the energy conservation effect is obvious.
