Taking physical chemistry teaching as a sample,the necessity,possible method,effect and existing problems for implementing course thesis writing were discussed.By implementing course thesis writing in teaching,the learning enthusiasm of students was inspired,the comprehensive quality was cultivated,the communication between teachers and students was strengthened,and the quality of teaching was improved.The course papers should be an important part in the quality education for undergraduates majoring in science and technology.
