Research on the Information Service Mechanism of Industry Cluster Basedon the Interpersonal Competitive Intelligence Analysis

信息服务是产业集群升级过程中不可缺少的要素。依据行动者网络理论提出了产业集群信息服务机制的构建过程:网络主体的寻找、网络主体的筛选、行动者征召、协调动员。在信息服务机制的构建和运营中,用社会网络分析方法对信息服务的稳定性和有效性进行优化,用超网络工具解决集群多网络之间的利益协调。产业集群信息服务机制需要行动者网络、超网络、社会网络三大工具的协同应用。

The information service in the process of upgrading industrial cluster is an indispensable element. The process to build industry cluster information service mechanism is proposed based on actor-network theory： the find of key actors, actors recruit, the coordinated mobilization of actors. In building and operating the mechanism of information service, the social network analysis method is used to im- prove the stability and effectiveness of information service, the super-networks theory is used to solve the coordination of interests between the cluster multi-networks. So collaborative applying of social network, actor-network and super-networks, is very helpful to build and operate the information service mechanism of industry cluster.
