微博作为Web2.0时代下的新型信息发源地,对企业竞争情报工作的开展提供了新的研究思路。作者站在情报学科的角度上,通过分别介绍"竞争对手监测"、"粉丝监测"、"话题监测"三种情报需求下的竞争信号监测方案,并且结合案例将以下8种工具:网络爬虫、微博风云、微数据、微分析、腾讯微博统计、微指数、微博广场、微博眼应用于企业的竞争信号监测工作中,最后对比评价了这8种情报监测策略。
