科技型中小企业专利行为分析——上海、慕尼黑四家中小企业案例比较研究

An Analysis of Shanghai's Scientific and Technological SMEs' Patent Behavior:A Case Study of Four SMEs from Shanghai and Munich

对上海、慕尼黑四家科技型中小企业专利行为进行案例研究,发现上海市部分科技型中小企业的专利行为受战略驱动,但专利费用高昂及有限的内部资源阻碍了企业的专利行为。建议向我国科技型中小企业提供专利战略服务支撑,并将专利费用资助与人员指导相结合,以解决我国科技型中小企业专利战略需求增加与资源缺乏之间的突出矛盾。

This research consists of four case studies on the patent behavior of different technological SMEs from Shanghai and Munich. Part of Shanghai＇ s SMEs＇ patent behavior is driven by the strategic motivation. However, the expensive patent fees and limited internal resources are the main obstacle of the patent behavior. The dissertation puts forward suggestions on technological SMEs＇ patent policies which focus on the patent fee sponsorship and personnel guidance, in order to solve the contradiction between technological SMEs＇ patent strategy demand and the resources shortage.
