基于OCS的热交换站智能控制系统

摘要 通常的换热站主要采用人力监控,既浪费了人力资源,又存在着许多隐患。在一些控制参数的调整上,人工调节存在着一定的偏差,很难使供热系统达到理想的运行效果。以徐州大屯煤电换热站的自动化改造工程为背景,以HORNER公司的OCS控制器为核心组成控制系统,将采集的数据通过GPRS-Internet网络传输到监控中心。该系统实现了对现场设备运行状态和工艺参数的实时监控。该换热站经过改造后,可以达到对供水温度的自动控制和自动调节的目的。 The heat exchange station mainly adopts the monitoring of human being, this control mode not only wastes the resource of humans, but also hides some problems. Artificial regulation for the control parameters have certain error, it is difficult to make heat exchange system achieve the desired effect of operation. Taked automation reconstruction project of Xuzhou Datun coal- electricity heat exchange station as the background,control system with OCS controller of the company HORNER as the core, can transmit the data to the monitoring center through the GPRS- Interuet network. The system realized real-time monitoring of the running state of field equipment and the process parameters. After improvement, it has realized the purpose of the temperature automatic control and regulation.
