摘要
从双旋轮数控旋压机床的基本控制需求出发,分析了双旋轮数控旋压机加工过程中产品精度的影响因素,提出了双旋轮数控旋压机同步控制的两种方式,然后建立了同步控制的数学模型并且运用Simulink仿真软件进行了分析比较,选出了最优方案。最后研究了从动轴跟踪滞后的影响因素,设计了前馈控制器来克服从动轴滞后对同步性能的影响。最终实现了双旋轮数控旋压机床的同步控制并已取得实际应用。
Based on the basic control requirement of double-roller CNC spinning machine,factors affecting the precision of spinning products were analyzed and two kinds of synchronization control system for double- roller CNC spinning machine were put forward.Then mathematical model was established for the synchronization control system and analyzed with Simulink. Finally,factors affecting the delay of the slave axis were studied and feedforward controller was designed to overcome the delay. The synchronization control system is realized and used in practice sueeessfuUv.
