摘要 Phillips型铬系催化剂由于制备工艺简单,聚合过程不使用任何助催化剂,广泛应用于乙烯聚合,对世界聚烯烃工业的发展具有重要的推动作用。主要从Phillips型铬系催化剂的发展历程、催化剂制备与结构和聚合产品特性方面进行综述,并指出今后我国铬系催化剂的研发方向。 Phillips chromium catalysts ( Chromium oxide supported on silicate or other carriers) are widely used for olefins polymerization to high polymers due to simple preparation process of the catalyst and not requiring any cocatalyst during the polymerization process. In this paper, the development, the prepara- tion methods and the structures of Phillips chromium catalysts, and the characteristics of polymerization products were reviewed. The prospects of chromium based catalysts for polyethylene in the future in China were also outlined.
