摘要
介绍了TH-1型脱氢催化剂在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化公司化肥厂尿素生产CO2脱氢系统中的应用情况。中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化公司化肥厂于2005年扩能改造时,引进原料气CO2脱氢新技术,增加脱氢系统,使用西北化工研究院研制生产的TH-1型脱氢催化剂,应用结果表明,TH-1型脱氢催化剂具有起活温度低、净化度高和适应性强等特点,可将原料CO2中的H2体积分数降至50×10-6以下,消除了爆炸性气体给尿素生产带来的安全隐患。
The commercial application of TH-1 catalyst for raw gas CO2 dehydrogenation during urea production in Chemical Fertilizer Factory of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company was introduced after modification for capacity expansion in 2005. TH-1 catalyst and the new dehydrogenation technology were developed by Northwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The results showed that the hydrogen in the raw gas was effectively removed to less than 50 ×10^ -6. The hidden danger brought by explosive gas was completely eliminated. TH-1 catalyst possessed the performance of low light-off temperature ,high purification degree and stability.
