The product quality of the reorganized enterprises has become the focus of the quality supervision department in the oilfields with the requirement of higher quality of oilfield development supplies. Therefore, it is vital to probe into effective measures to help these reorganized enterprises to improve their product quality. Experiences and achievements acquired in the practice of supporting reorganized enterprises have been integrated gradually into the method of ＂Septenary Whole＂ to help reorganized enterprises find and solve their problems. Solutions are proposed with the discussion on the existing problems.
