In the energy-saving work in the construction field,public buildings,energy issues have become increasingly prominent.The establishment of public building energy consumption monitoring and information management system has become a pressing matter of the moment.In this paper,in order to build and run the TKD-EMS building energy consumption monitoring and management system of Xinjiang Bazhou as an example,the establishment and operation of public building energy consumption monitoring and management information system are introduced.And the benefits of predictive evaluation is expected and analysised.
