新一轮基础教育课改实施后,英语教师的素质得到普遍提高,教学理念得到转变,教学方法实现了更新,业务能力和科研能力不断提高,但仍然需要关注社会需求环境,重视入职教育和发展教育,强化实训,增长教学智慧,唯有如此,才能创设一个优良的育人环境,提高教学质量和育人水平。

@@@@After the performance of the Reform of New Curriculum ,the English Teachers'qualities have been much devel‐oped .They changed their teaching methodology ,updated their teaching techniques ,specialized in professional abilities and scientific research .But there still exists the need to focus on the requirement of the society ,highlight the education on pro‐fession and development ,strengthen the practice in order to increase the wisdom in teaching .Only by doing these ,can we create a fine educating situation and improve the teaching quality and the educating level .
