摘要
教育云资源具有海量存储、个性化定制、快捷获取、有效共享等优势,能满足泛在学习中的资源需求。泛在学习视角下,教育云资源的建设应贯彻7个方面的机制,即教育主管部门政策支持与引导机制、资源信息建设模型优化机制、多方参与建设机制、资源多元评价机制、资源建设者、管理者和学习者多方交互机制、知识版权保护机制及利益分成机制。这些机制能有效促进教育云资源的优化配置进而促进泛在学习的有效发生。
Education resources deployed on the cloud computing platform have many advantages such as massive storage, customization, quick access and sharing, can meet the demand of ubiquitous learning resources. In order to meet the ubiquitous learning on educational resource needs, the article put forwards seven mechanisms which should be carried out during the construction of education resources based on cloud computing platform, such as educational departments should seize the opportunity to provide policy supports and guidance; optimize model of resource information construction; form the mechanism of multiparty participation in the construction of resources; form the mechanism of multiple evaluation; form the multi-party interaction mechanism among constructor, manager and learner; form the mechanism of intellectual copyright protection and benefit sharing. These mechanisms can optimize allocation of resources and promote ubiquitous learning effectively.
