我国竞技体育后备人才培养研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of the Current State of Reserve Talents in Competitive Sports in China

面对现代竞技体育竞争日趋激烈的现实,越来越多的国家将目光转向竞技体育可持续发展的关键——后备人才的培养。本文立足于我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现状本体研究,首先概述了竞技体育后备人才培养研究的内容以及方法,继而分析了河南竞技体育后备人才培养现状,最后针对问题探讨了解决对策,以期对相关研究有所借鉴意义。

In face of increasingly fierce competition, the modem competitive sports are gradually internationalized, and more and more countries are beginning to pay more attention to the key point of sustainable development of competitive sports - cultivation of reserve talents. Based on the ontology research of the cultivation of reserve talents in chinese competitive sports, this essay first gives an overview of the research contents and methods concerning the euhivation of sports reserve talents, then it analyzes the cur- rent situation of the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents in Henan province, and finally it arrives at some solutions to the problems discussed, hoping to do some work to the relevant researches.
