《尚书》的文献源流极为复杂,但是,通过理性分析基本可以确认的是:《尚书》的"今文"部分基本可信,"古文"部分也决非凭空捏造而必有其根据,至少可视为后人讲章的汇编或相关材料的辑佚之作,因而,今本《尚书》的主要思想和基本事实可以作为论证依据。当研究仅仅是针对《尚书》思想整体而非某个细节时,更是如此。

The part of The Book of History written in the New Text （Chinese character of Qin Dynasty） is basically credible ,and the part written in ancient writings （Chinese character of Post - Qin Dynasty） is definitely not a fabrication, but at least can be re- garded as descendants＇ compilation of sermons or related materials COLLECTIONS. The main ideas and basic facts of the current version of The Book of History can be used as the proof or basis, especially as the research focused on the ideas of the book as a whole rather than indetail.
