摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对 3 79头青海黄牛血清淀粉酶的多态性进行了研究。结果发现 :( 1)青海黄牛存在AMY1,AMY2和AMY3三种同工酶 ,但只有AMY1同工酶存在多态性 ;( 2 )AMY1同工酶受AMY1B 和AMY1C 一对共显性等位基因控制 ,两者的基因频率分别为 0 .5 2 77和 0 .472 3 ;( 3 )柴达木黄牛AMY1同工酶的多态性特征与青海东部黄牛相同。
Qinghai yellow cattle were used to inverstigate the polymorphism of serum amylase by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the vertical plate.The results were as follows:(1)There were three isozymes of serum amylase:AMY1,AMY2 and AMY3,but AMY1isozyme existed the polymorphism in Qinghai yellow cattle.(2)The polymorphism of AMY1 isozyme was controlled by both AMY1 B and AMY1 C iso dominant alleles.The frequencies of AMY1 B and AMY1 C alleles were0.5277 and 0.4723,resp.(3)The polymorphism characters of serum amylase in Chaidamu yellow cattle were similar with those in Qinghai east yellow cattle.
