基于HMM的算法和功率谱算法的基因预测对比研究

摘要 基于隐马尔科夫模型的算法和基于傅里叶变换的功率谱算法是常用的基因预测方法且准确度较高.对这两种算法加以论述,并做实验比较.结果表明,基于功率谱的算法在灵敏度和特异性方面都略高于其他基于隐马尔科夫模型的算法. Hidden Markova Model (HMM) method and spectrum algorithm based on Fourier transform are two common gene prediction methods with relatively high accuracy. The paper elaborates these two methods and makes a comparison of their performances. Experiments show that spectrum algorithm is better than HMM method in terms of sensitivity and specificity.
