高危烟囱定向拆除爆破的成功尝试——切口几何形状及开口时间的探讨

摘要 待爆烟囱整体有明显倾斜现象,倾斜方向正好是重点保护对象区域,该区是烟囱倒塌最危险的范围。烟囱高度虽然不足50m,但已处于高危状态,要确保烟囱按预定的设计方向倾倒,定向爆破拆除烟囱施工难度很大。根据以往的工程经验,选择合理的菱形爆破切口及切口位置,充分利用延时爆破技术,成功拆除了高危烟囱,获得了预期的爆破效果。实践证明,采用"小药量、多段别、大张口、慢开口"等爆破技术措施,可以达到烟囱定向拆除爆破的目的。 The chimney was obviously leaning overall, and the key protected object was just in toppling direction and the most dangerous area. Although its height was less than 50 meters, the chimney was in a high dangerous condition. To ensure that the chimney toppled according to a predetermined design direction, the construction difficulty of demolition by directional blasting was great. The reasonable diamond blasting cut and its position were selected in accordance with experience of previous engineering, and technology of delay blasting was well used, then the high-risk chimney was successfully demolished. The anticipated blasting effect was obtained. The practice showed that it could reach the purpose of demolishing the chimney by directional blasting, when the measures of small charge quantity, multiple segments, large opening incision and slow to cut were taken.
