摘要
介绍了隆芯1号电子雷管首次在铁路隧道工程爆破中的应用情况,探索了电子雷管在隧道爆破中的使用方法,为复杂环境下隧道爆破提供了新的手段。在爆破试验过程中分析了爆破振动监测结果,找出爆破振动的特点,调整孔间延时以观测振动效果的改善情况,最终将爆破振动最大值控制在1.5cm/s左右,仅为采用导爆管爆破其值的30%,平均掘进进尺达到3m,满足了振动安全和掘进速度两方面的要求。
The first application of Lux NO. 1 electronic detonator in railway tunnel blasting engineering was introduced, and the using method of electronic detonator in tunnel blasting was explored, which provided a new means for tunnel blasting in complex environment. Through monitoring the blasting vibration in the blasting trial process, the results were analyzed to find out the blasting vibration characteristics, and the improvement effect was observed by adjusting delay interval, the maximum of blasting vibration velocity was finally controlled around 1.5 cm/s, just 30 percent of the value by blasting with detonating tube , the average tunneling footage could reach three meters, which could meet requirements of both vibration safety and the tunneling progress.
