Content Determination of Baicalin in Guilin Watermelon Frost Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定桂林西瓜霜胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Phenomenexluna C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(50∶50∶0.2);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长280nm;柱温:40℃。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.2104～5.2600μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.61%,RSD=1.18%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于桂林西瓜霜胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the content determination ofbaicalin in guilin watermelon frost capsules. Methods： The analysis was carried out on Phenomenex luna C18 column （250 minx4.6 ram, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid （50：50：0.2）with the flowrate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 280 nm and column temperature was at 40℃. Results： There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of baicalin in the range of 0.210 4 - 5.260 0 μg and their peak areas （r = 0.999 9）. The recovery was 100.6 6% （RSD = 1.18%）.Conclusion： The method was simple, fast and accurate, which can be applied for the quality control of guilin watermelon frost capsules.
