摘要 壳聚糖因其独特的物理、化学及生物学特性,已经成为制备纳米制剂的理想材料。用于壳聚糖纳米粒制备的方法很多,用其包载抗肿瘤药物、基因等有着明显的优势,且壳聚糖纳米粒在靶向给药系统中也受到越来越多的关注。本文综述了壳聚糖纳米粒的制备方法及其在靶向给药系统中的应用进展。 Chitosan is an ideal nano-formulation material due to its special physical, chemical and biological properties. Various methods have been established for the preparation of chitosan nanoparticles and obvious advantages of chitosan nanoparticles loading anticancer drugs and genes have been showed. Chitosan nanoparticles used in the targeted drug delivery system has attracted more and more attention. This paper outlined the main preparation methods and the application in the targeted drug delivery system.
