综合护理干预在颌骨骨折微型钛板坚固内固定术中的应用效果

Efficacy of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Rigid Internal Fixation with Titanium Miniplates for Mandibular Fractures

目的探讨综合护理干预在颌骨骨折微型钛板坚固内固定术中的应用效果。方法将120例颌骨骨折微型钛板坚固内固定术患者随机分为对照组58例与观察组62例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上进行综合护理干预,加强对患者的心理护理、健康教育和口腔护理。比较2组手术时间、骨折解剖复位、术后镇痛剂使用率、住院医疗费用和护理满意度。结果观察组手术时间、术后镇痛剂使用率均显著少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组较对照组住院医疗费用明显减少(P<0.05);颌骨骨折解剖复位及护理满意度较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论完善的术前准备,做好患者心理护理和健康教育、口腔护理、保证营养物质合理供给,积极锻炼口腔功能,对颌骨骨折微型钛板坚固内固定术后患者恢复起重要作用。

Objective To investigate effcacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in rigid internal fixation with titanium miniplates for mandibular fractures. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing rigid internal fixation with titanium miniplates for mandibular fractures were randomly assigned to receive either routine care （control group, n=58） or psychological care, health education and oral care （observation group, n=62）. The operative time, anatomical reduction and postoperative analgesic usage, complications, hospital costs and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, comprehensive nursing intervention decreased the operative time, postoperative analgesic usage and hospital costs and improved anatomical reduction and nursing satisfaction（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perfect preoperative preparation,reinforcement of psychol- ogical care, health education and oral care, reasonable supply of nutrients and oral functional exercise are important for postoperative recovery in patients undergoing rigid internal fixation with titanium miniDlates for mandibular fractures.
