简要描述了石英谐振式加速度计的工作原理,分析了驱动电压幅值大小与输出信号相位噪声之间的量化关系,分析了驱动电压幅值影响谐振频率点的机理并量化分析了不同驱动电压下对频率稳定度的影响,指出了驱动电压幅值选择的方法。
This paper descripes the principle of the VBAs, analyses the relationship between the driving amplitude and the phase noise, and the relationship between the driving amplitude and the resonance frequency. This paper also points out a method to determine the amplitude of the driving signal.
