自拟益气利水汤治疗单纯性视网膜脱离术后视网膜下积液

Clinical observation of treating patients with simple subretinal fluid after retinal detachment surgery by self-made Yiqi Lishui decoction

目的:研究自拟益气利水汤治疗单纯性视网膜脱离术后视网膜下少量积液的临床疗效观察。方法:我院眼底病专科自2009年1月至2011年12月三年时间内就诊的单纯性视网膜脱离患者,采用随机双盲法,给予消炎,卧床休息等支持治疗有45例为A组,即对照组;采用自拟益气利水汤治疗有48例为B组,为治疗组,两周一疗程。观察视网膜复位及需要再次行玻璃体手术的情况。结果:对照组视网膜复位有35例,再次行玻璃体手术10例;治疗组视网膜复位44例,再次行玻璃体手术的为4例,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益气利水汤对单纯性视网膜术后视网膜下少量积液的治疗具有良好的作用,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of treating patients with simple subretinal fluid after retinal detachment surgery by self-made Yiqi Lishui decoction. Methods： From Jan 2009 to Dec 2011,93 patients with simple subretinal fluid were randomly divided into group A（45 cases as control group） and group B（48 cases as experimental group）. Group A were given simple vitrectomy combined with diminish inflammation, bed rest,and group B were given simple vitrectomy combined with self-made Yiqi Lishui decoction for two weeks in which retinal reattachment and vitreous surgery in two groups were observed. Results：There were 35 cases of retinal reattachment, and 10 cases of vitreous surgery in group A,and there were 44 cases of retinal reattachment, and 4 cases of vitreous surgery in group B in which there was significant difference（P0.05）. Concolution：Self-made Yiqi Lishui decoction has a good promotion role for patients with simple subretinal fluid after retinal detachment surgery,which is worth of application and extension in primary hospital.
