Discussion on the Vocational Quality Qualified by Occupational Guidance Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

《中华人民共和国职业教育法》中明确提出,职业指导是高职院校的一项重要教学任务。为了确保职业指导的效果和质量,高职院校需要建立一支高素质的职业指导教师队伍,而良好的职业道德,遵守国家法律法规,广博的科学文化知识,良好的身心素质,过硬的专业技能等都是高校职业指导教师应该具备的基本素养。

Voeatioual Education Law of the People＇s Republic of China clearly puts forward occupational guidance is an important teaching task in higher vocational colleges. In order to ensure its effect and quality, higher vocational colleges should set up a high-quality occupational guidance teaching staff. They should be qualified with basic quality of abiding by national law and regulation, wide scientific culture knowledge, good physical and mental quality, and mastering excellent professional skills.
