高职院校应充分发挥学校领导层、就业部门、学生管理部门、企业以及基础课教师、专业教师、专职职业指导教师等在职业生涯教育中的作用。只有将职业生涯规划教育渗透到每一个教育教学环节中,各部门和人员共同参与、全面指导、全程实施,才能收到更好的教育效果,促使学生客观地评价自己,提升其职业能力,理性地选择职业。

Higher vocational colleges should fully analyze the functions of leadership, employment department, student management department, enterprises, teachers of foundation course and specialized course, and occupational guidance teachers in career planning education. Career planning education is penetrated into every teaching procedure, in which all the departments and staff can participate with the whole guidance and implementation, so that best effects can be achieved. In this way, students can give themselves an objective evaluation to imvrove their occuvational abilities and choose career rationally.
