城市商务成本与经济增长关系实证研究——以上海为例

Empirical Analysis on city Business Cost and Economic Growth —— Take Shanghai as an Example

商务成本的增加将直接减缓资本的流入,进而影响到该区域固定资产投资及经济的增长。本文以商务成本为视角,分析其对上海经济增长的影响,通过构建系统动力学模型,实证模拟了上海经济增长预期轨迹,并通过情景设定,模拟了不同情形下的经济发展状况。分析得出上海商务成本居高不下影响其经济增长速度的结论,同时提出可以发挥政府调控能力、扩大政府支出,控制及降低商务成本,进一步提升上海城市经济增长的速率和能级。

The increasing in business costs will directly slow down the inflow of capital,and thereby affects the fixed assets investment and economic growth of the cost,the elements that influence Shanghai＇s economic expected trail of economic growth on an empirical region. This article analyzes ,in terms of the business growth and by dynamics model system,simulates the basis. It also simulates different cases of economic development through setting diverse situations. The study reveals the fact that the high business costs in Shanghai are likely to affect the local economic growth. It is necessary to enhance the urban economic growth rate and level by means of the government＇s regulation and controlling,increasing government expenditure,restricting and lowering the business costs.
