熊去氧胆酸治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化生化应答标准及治疗研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)是目前唯一公认的用于治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)的药物,经UDCA治疗1年生化应答良好的患者长期预后较好。应答标准包括巴塞罗那标准、巴黎Ⅰ标准和巴黎Ⅱ标准等。尽管这些标准在临床中具有重要的价值,但尚无统一的意见。对于UDCA治疗不应答者,目前临床上较多推荐联合应用三类药物治疗,即糖皮质激素、贝特类药物和法尼酯受体激动剂。本文将重点介绍各种UDCA治疗的生化应答标准,以及治疗的研究进展。
